一.產(chǎn)品簡介

Brief introduction :

GGD交流低壓配電柜用于發(fā)電廠、變電站、廠礦企業(yè)等電力用戶。產(chǎn)品符合GB7251.1-2013及歐洲標準EN61493-1、2等標準。產(chǎn)品作為交流50-60Hz、額定工作電壓為380V（660V）、額定工作電流至630-1500A的配電系統(tǒng)中，作為動力、照明及配電設(shè)備的電能轉(zhuǎn)換、分配與控制之用。

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet is used in power plant, substation, industrial enterprises and other power users. This product complys with GB7251.1-2013, European standard EN61493-1, 2 and other standards. As a distribution equipment of AC 50-60Hz, rated working voltage 380V (660V), rated working current to 630-1500A, GGD is used for power conversion, distribution and control in power, lighting and power distribution system.

二. 主要性能與特點

Main performance and features :

1. 按用途分為：受電柜、母線聯(lián)絡(luò)柜、饋電柜、電動機控制柜、無功功率補償柜、 照明配電柜。

2. 柜架用8MF冷彎型鋼材局部焊接拼裝而成，構(gòu)架上分別有按E=20mm和E=100mm模數(shù)排列的安裝孔，以提高產(chǎn)品裝配的通用性。

3. 柜體上下兩端有不同數(shù)量的散熱孔，便于通風散熱。

4. 采用高阻燃ZMJ型母線夾，機械強度和絕緣度高。

5. 箱體頂部與底部可配置活板，便于走線。

6. 適用性強，主要元件選擇面寬，很多國產(chǎn)、進口品牌產(chǎn)品均可互換。

7. 具有良好的安裝靈活性，不會因為元器件的改型或更新而造成安裝困擾，采用模數(shù)化設(shè)計，便于設(shè)計、安裝。

1. According to the use, GGD is divided into: receiving electric cabinet, bus contact cabinet, feeder cabinet, electric motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet, lighting power distribution cabinet.

2. The cabinet frame is assembled with 8MF cold formed steel plate with local welding. Installation holes of

module E=20mm and module E=100mm are arranged on the frame to improve the assembly universality.

3. Different numbers of ventilation holes are in the upper and lower of the cabinet, convenient for ventilation and heat radiation.

4. With high mechanical strength and high insulation, high flame retardant ZMJ type bus clamps are used.

5. Removable steel plate is configured on the top and bottom of the cabinet for wiring easily.

6. Strong applicability, wide selection of main components, most of domestic and imported brands are interchangeable.

7. Installation is flexibile and the modified or updated components would not bring trouble to the installaiton. Also, modular design is adopted for easy design and installtion.
