GCK低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)電廠，變電所，廠礦企業(yè)和高層建筑的動(dòng)力配電中心PC和電動(dòng)機(jī)控制中心MCC，作為交流50-60Hz，額定工作電壓為660V及以下，額定電流為4000A及以下的發(fā)、供電系統(tǒng)中配電、電動(dòng)機(jī)集中控制，無(wú)功補(bǔ)償使用的低壓成套配電裝置。三相三線或三相四線制系統(tǒng)中，作為低壓配電系統(tǒng)的變電、饋電或電動(dòng)機(jī)專(zhuān)用。GCK低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜在保持了電氣性能高于同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上，增大了容量和機(jī)械強(qiáng)度， 并具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)，外型美觀，防護(hù)等級(jí)高，安全可靠，維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)；可作為低壓成套開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。

概述

GCK低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜適用于三相交流頻率為50Hz，額定工作電壓為400V(690V)，額定電流為4000A及以下的發(fā)電、供電系統(tǒng)中，作為動(dòng)力、配電和電動(dòng)機(jī)集中控制、電容補(bǔ)償之用。廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)電廠、石油、化工、冶金、紡織、高層建筑等場(chǎng)所。本產(chǎn)品符合IEC60439—1、GB7251.1.1、JB/T9661等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明

柜體采用組合裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)，骨架采用KB型材組裝而成。水平母線放置柜頂構(gòu)，頂蓋可開(kāi)啟，柜體裝有后門(mén)，出線方式采用后出線、安裝式。開(kāi)門(mén)操作時(shí)抽屜采用XJG3（旋轉(zhuǎn)三工位）推進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)和BPT維修更便捷。

主要性能與特點(diǎn)

1. 整柜采用拼裝式組合結(jié)構(gòu)，模數(shù)孔安裝。零部件通用性強(qiáng)、適用性好、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高；

2. 抽屜柜有效單元高度1800mm，抽屜單元高度為200mm、300mm、400mm、500mm、600mm等；

3. 柜體上部為母線室、前部為電器室、后部為電纜進(jìn)出線室，各功能室間有鋼板或絕緣板相互隔離，以保證安全；

4. 柜內(nèi)抽屜小室的門(mén)與斷路器或隔離開(kāi)關(guān)的開(kāi)關(guān)操作手柄設(shè)有機(jī)械鏈鎖，只有手柄在分?jǐn)辔恢脮r(shí)門(mén)才可以開(kāi)啟；
5. MCC柜的抽屜采用機(jī)械三工位機(jī)構(gòu)（包括200/2mm抽屜）具有三個(gè)位置（分離、試驗(yàn)、連接）；

6. 采用高可靠性一次接插件；

7. 材質(zhì)可選用冷軋鋼板、鍍鋅板、敷鋁鋅板。

Overview

GCK low voltage switchgear cubicle is suitable for system with AC 50Hz,rated working voltage up to 660V,current up,and applicable for power generation,transmission,distribution,charge-over and consumption equipment control.It conforms of relevant standards such as IEC60439-1,GB7251.1 and JB/T9661 and are widely used in power plant,metallugical factory,petroleum industry,chemical industry,textile industry and high-rise buildings.Designed with advanced manufacturing technique and a modularized and flexible strucrture.

Structure instruction

The assembled cubicle has its framework made of C profiles.The top is wideopen and the horizontal busbar is placed at the top with the cover open or not.A rear door is provided with the outgoing at the rear,facilitating mounting and the drawer can use either XJG3(trigger three-position operation mechanism)or BPT(rotary three-position operation mechanism).The primary plug-in more dependability.

Main performance and features

1. The cubicle is of assembled structure,grids mounting,great versatility of parts and components,good applicability and high standardization level;

2. The effective height of drawer cabinet is 1800mm with module height of 200mm,300mm,400mm,500mm,600mm;

3. Cable department of sotiated at the upper,apparatus compartment at the front and cable access compartment at the rear.Steel plates or insulating plates are added as partition between each compartment as to ensure safety;

4. The door of drawer compartment has mechanical interlock with the operating handle of circuit breaker or disconnect switch,therefore,it is opened only when the handle is in breaking position;

5. Drawer(including 1/2 unit drawer)of MCC switchgear cubicle adapts mechanical three-position interlock device(connect position,test position and disconnect position);

6. Reliable primary plug-in;

7. Material optional with galvanized cold rolled steel,galvanized steel or Aluminumzinc coated steel.
