該裝置適用于發(fā)電廠、石油、化工、冶金、紡織、高層建筑等行業(yè)的配電系統(tǒng)。在大型發(fā)電廠、石化系統(tǒng)等自動(dòng)化程度高，要求與計(jì)算機(jī)接口的場(chǎng)所，作為三相交流頻率為50(60)Hz、額定工作電壓為380V(400)V、(600)V，額定電流為4000A及以下的發(fā)、供電系統(tǒng)中的配電、電動(dòng)機(jī)集中控制、無(wú)功功率補(bǔ)償使用的低壓成套配電裝置。

概述：

GCS低壓抽出式開(kāi)關(guān)柜適用于三相交流頻率為50Hz，額定工作電壓為400V（690V），額定電流為4000A及以下的發(fā)、供電系統(tǒng)中，作為動(dòng)力、配電和電動(dòng)機(jī)集中控制、電容補(bǔ)償之用。廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)電廠、石油、化工、冶金、紡織、高層建筑等場(chǎng)所，本產(chǎn)品符合IEC60439-1、GB7251.1、JB/T9661等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本柜體采用了新的制造工藝并各功能單元采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，單元組合靈活方便，可實(shí)現(xiàn)并替代目前市場(chǎng)上的GCS的石油方案及功能。

主要性能與特點(diǎn)：

1. 框架采用C型材，主構(gòu)架上安裝模數(shù)為E=25mm的φ5.3mm的安裝孔，使得框架組裝靈活方便；

2. 開(kāi)關(guān)柜的各功能室相互隔離，其隔室分為功能單元室、母線室和電纜室，各室的作用相對(duì)獨(dú)立；

3. 水平母線采用柜后平置式排列方式，以增強(qiáng)母線抗電動(dòng)力的能力，是使主電路具備高短路強(qiáng)度能力的基本措施；

4. 電纜隔室的設(shè)計(jì)使電纜上、下進(jìn)出均十分方便；

5. 抽屜高度為150mm、200mm、300mm、400mm、500mm、600mm，其寬度、深度尺寸不變；相同功能單元的抽屜具有良好的互換性。單元回路額定電流400A及以下；

6. 抽屜面板具有分、合、試驗(yàn)、抽出等位置的明顯標(biāo)志。抽屜單元設(shè)有機(jī)械聯(lián)鎖裝置。以抽屜單元為主體，同時(shí)抽屜單元和固定單元可以混合組合，任意使用；

7. 柜體的防護(hù)等級(jí)為IP30-IP40；

8. 材質(zhì)可選為冷軋板、鍍鋅板、敷鋁鋅板制作。

Overview :

GCS low voltage switchgear cubicle is suitable for system with AC 50Hz，rated working voltage up to 660V，current up to 4000A，and applicable for power generation，transmission，distribution，charge-over and consumption equipment control. It conforms of relevant standards such as IEC60439-1，GB7251.1 and JB/T9661 and are widely used in power plant，metallurgical factory，petroleum industry，chemical industry，textile industry and high-rise buildings.Designed with advanced manufacturing technique and a modularized and flexible structure，GCS（Ⅱ）can replace all traditional GCS solutions in the market.

Main performance and features :

1. The frame is adopted with C profiles. The mounting holes in φ5.3mm with module E=25mm on the main framework enable its assembly flexible and convenient；

2. The switchgear is divided into function unit compartment，busbar compartment and cable compartment with each compartment isolated and function relatively independent；

3. The horizontal busbar is placed flat at the back as to strengthen its capability against electromotive power ，which is a basic measure to make the main circuit have strong short circuit capability；

4. The design of cable compartment facilitates easy access of cable；

5. The drawer height is 150mm、200mm、300mm、400mm、500mm、600mm，same in which and depth.The drawers of same function units have great inter change ability. The rated current of unit loop is up to 400A；

6. The drawer panel is marked with obvious signs for positions as breaking，making，testing and drawing out. The drawers unit is provided with mechanical interlock device. Usually，drawer units are the main options，but they can be mounted together with fixed units in one cubicle for random use；

7. The degree of protection of the enclosure is IP30-IP40；

8. Material optional with cold rolled steel，galvanized steel or Aluminum-zinc coated steel.
