MNS低壓抽出式開關柜其技術水平達到九十年代國際先進水平。本產品設計緊湊，結構通用性強，組裝靈活，采用標準模塊設計，是一種安全、經濟、合理、可靠的新型低壓抽出式開關柜。產品具有分斷能力高，動熱穩(wěn)定性好，電氣方案靈活、保護等級高等特點。

本裝置符合IEC439，VDE660第5部分和GB7251-87《低壓成套開關設備》國家標準。ZBK36001-89《低壓抽出式成套開關設備》專業(yè)標準。

概述：

MNS型低壓成套開關設備，適用于交流50Hz額定工作電壓660V及以下的系統，用于發(fā)電、輸電、配電、電能轉換和電能消耗設備的控制。符合IEC60439-1、GB7251.1及JB/T9661等相關標準。

主要性能與特點：

1. 框架為組合式結構，基本骨架由C型鋼材組裝而成；

2. 每一個柜體分隔為三個室，即水平母線室、抽屜小室、電纜室。各隔室之間用鋼板或高強度阻燃塑料功能板相互隔開，上下層抽屜之間有帶通風孔的金屬板隔離，用以有效防止開關元件因故障引起的飛弧或母線與其它線路短路造成的事故；

3. 設計緊湊：以較小的空間容納較多的功能單元；

4. 結構件通用性強、組裝靈活，以E=25mm為模數，結構及抽出式單元可以任意組合，以滿足系統設計的需要；

5. 母線用高強度阻燃型、高絕緣強度的塑料功能板保護，具有抗故障電弧性能，使運行維修安全可靠；

6. 各種大小抽屜的機械聯鎖機構符合標準規(guī)定，有連接、試驗、分離三個明顯的位置，安全可靠；

7. 材質可選用冷軋板、鍍鋅板、敷鋁鋅板制作；

8. 柜體可分為全套功能板，半套功能板及矩形鐵制通道三種方式制作。

Overview :

MNS low voltage switchgear is suitable for system with AC50Hz and rated working voltage up to 660V，and applicable for power generation，transmission，distribution，charge-over and consumption equipment control. It conforms to relevant standards such as IEC60439-1，GB7251.1 and JB/T9661.

Main performance and features :

1. The frame is of combined structures with basic framework made up of assembled C-profiled bars;

2. Each cubicle is partitioned into horizontal busbar compartment，drawer compartment and cable compartment. Steel plates or flame-retardant plastic function boards of high strength are added as partition between drawers as to prevent switching element from accidents caused by flashover due to fault  or short-circuit of busbar with other circuits;

3. Compact design enables to accommodate more function units within limited space;

4. Structure members have great versatility and flexible assemble. Taking E=25mm as module，the structure and withdrawable unit can have random combination as to satisfy the demand of system design;

5. The busbar is protected by plastic function boards of high-strength flame-retardant and high insulation strength，which has performance against fault arc as to ensure safe and reliable running and maintenance;

6. Mechanical interlock gear of drawers in different sizes conforms to stipulations laid by standards and has three obvious positions;

7. Material optional with cold rolled steel，galvanized steel or Aluminum-zinc coated steel;

8. The cubicle can be made either with complete set or half-set canal covers.

抽屜類型：

抽屜類型分五種標準尺寸，都是以E=25mm為模數，它們分別為8E/4、8E/2、8E、16E和24E。單元回路額定電流400A及以下。其中8E/4和8E/2二種抽屜的結構是用阻燃型塑料盒鋁合金型材組成。8E/4單元抽屜最大可承受電流為32A，8E/2單元抽屜最大可承受電流為63A。四種抽屜單元可在一個柜體中作單一組裝，也可作混合組裝。功能單元隔離總高度為72E（1800mm）。

Drawer types :

Drawer types：taking E=25mm as module，divided into five standard sizes as 8E/4、8E/2、8E、16Eand 24E. The rated current of unit loop is 400A or below. Among them，8E/4 and 8E/2 modules are made of fire-retardant plastics and aluminum alloy profiles。8E/4 module can withstand maximum current of 32A and 8E/2 of 63A.In one cabinet，we can choose the same type of module unit or four different types mounted together。The total height of function unit compartment is 72E（1800mm）.
